They were making trading cards to collect...I think of bands or something. So the students would have to collect them in sets. Sounds like a good idea.

No. I usually don't give them more than 2 body parts at a time otherwise it gets a bit hard to find a reference point.

Hmm...weather. There are a few games you could adapt for weather, but I can`t think of anything for weather.

Karuta is one. Make cards with the pictures of the weather on them and then have the students ask something like "How's the weather?" and you respond, "it's sunny." And the kids grab the sunny card.

You could do a game like the 4-corners game. Very little English involved but you could assign a type of weather to each corner of the room (by picture or with a word card), and then turn your back on the students. Say start and the kids move to a corner. Then, (hopefully you have a homeroom teacher or maybe a student who wouldnt mind helping) and they ask you how the weather is. You pick a corner by saying a type of weather and all the kids in that corner are out. Then they shuffle and you go again until there are only a few kids left.
