One thing I've always wanted to do is a pen-pal project, but it is so difficult to get it set up. I think it would work great if you could get it going, especially with higher level students.

Other than that, a weekly or monthly English Newspaper might work well with your students. Each could write articles for it and you could help edit it and it would be good for other students to read it as well.

Great idea jesus! Do you keep track of points or anything? Students can ask as many questions as they want until student A says "No" or do you put a number limit on the number of questions?

How did you give the questions to the students? For the Category section I can imagine you just said the category, but for Low-to-High or the sentences, how did you give them the question? Write it on a piece of paper? Read it?
